and 11 lbs gone? where did they go? I'm starting to feel more human again... I haven't taken any pain medication since yesterday and I seem to be holding up pretty good, I've been doing laps in my back yard in the evenings, and yesterday I got out (with hubby driving) to take my daughter to her dental appt and then today we went to the store and picked up a few groceries... I just hate the pain when i go from sitting to standing, but it's starting to subside and feel better.... My next goal is to be able to sleep on my stomach!!!! I'm a stomach sleeper and sleeping propped up on my back is killing me!!!! My daughter starts kindergarten next week and i'll be up and walking her to school in the mornings and once i'm cleared i'll begin a light workout back at the Y, i'm paying for the membership I need to use it!!! Hope everyone is having a great week!!! Missy

Woohoo!!!!! 11 pounds GONE FOREVER!!!!!! Glad to hear the pain is subsiding. I hear you with the stomach sleeping. I could hardly wait till I was able to do that again. Much more comfy. Take care and remember to sip, sip, sip along with your walking. Take it easy Missy.

Missy - So glad you posted and that you're doing well!  Stomach sleeping was a necessity for me too.  I actually started side-sleeping in the hospital and each day at home worked more and more toward stomach.  Keep up with your moving around - it will make you feel better each day! Go, girl!

Congrats Missy!!   I have 2 boys going into 1st and 2nd grade and my daughter is starting preschool.  I used to love working out at Langleys' gym last year before I reached my current weight.  Hubby just got out of the Navy in May. I too, am trying to figure out how to take care of everyone else after my surgery Autumn
