GOT MY DATE

Yes Long Term Posties get dates too ya know .. For what you may ask .. My last , final .. end of the journey plastic surgery ...  NOVEMBER 2ND AT 0730 AM ... I am getting my breast implants and my arms done .  I am so excited ...  JILL .. I tried for the 31st .. but you have him tied up the entire day ...  I am starting today to really up the protein and really healthy eating ...  The end is almost near .. What a journey this has been .  Do it again .. 3 x a day and 4 x on Sunday . I have a new life .. a healthier me .. and I love the way I look and feel .  Thank God for Plastic surgeons like Dr. Krieger !!!!  Tink

Awww Tink yer gettin a new set on my birthday :)   Seriously,  congrats are in order!!!!!!!   I'm at the opposite end..I've had dd's since 7th grade so I am looking forward to mine shrinking.

Me too .. I was 46 D ... and mine went to those of Peter Pan .. I had the lift done in June .. and they look good , but need to be filled out . They lack tissue at top . I am going with 400 Medium Profile Silicone .  They produce a more natural girly look as opposed to the Pamela Anderson .. whoohoo boobies ..  Shrink... they will ... trust me . 

No roomie, huh?  DRATS!!!!  I was gonna bring the party favors Oh well - I may come up to see you.  Depends on what time we hit the road that day and what time you get out. I've already started upping the protein AND the Iron.  I don't have an iron issue and don't want one.  So, instead of iron 3 x's a week, I'm upping it to 5 x's a week and then it will be daily the last 2 weeks before surgery.  I just have to watch how it upsets my tummy is all. Anyways - Donna Mae sent me a paper she put together of "tips".  So, anything you can suggest would be greatly appreciated.  Hey - maybe we can compile something for Dr. Kreiger. But, she recommened a potty chair that is on stilts (my words, not hers), a memory foam pad, some small pillows, a tie, and baby wipes/disenfectant wipes. I was thinking of getting my Mom's chair for the shower (I have a full bathroom downstairs so I don't have to go upstairs for anything) and will be sleeping int he recliner for at least a week. Anything else you can think of?  I figured lots of pillows for my ride home (well, that and some good drugs). I am just SO excited for you!  For US!

Congratulations Jill!!   Dr Kreiger has a list that he can give you if you want one - it was developed by Karen and we all use it - she sent it to me and I can forward it onto you if you need it - I already have a lift chair recliner, that I can sleep in for a week and it can push me almost to my feet so I don't need to be pulled up and down by anyone,  memory foam mattress, memory foam pillow, raised toilet seat with handles and one of those gripper things that you can pick things up if you drop them. I am a big baby when it comes to pain lol!!! Jackie

Good luck Natalie!!  I get my new arms and breast uplift in December and my new implants and thigh lift in March! I am excited to begin this plastic surgery phase of my new and improved health and body! I know you will be glad when it is all finished too! Jackie
