Personal Goal vs Doctor's Goal
Good Morning All, Starting our weight loss journeies our doctors give us there goal weight for us. I myself set my own personal weight. I think my PCP's goal weight is to small (160). My surgeons goal weight is 170 and my personal is just to get in a size 12. I am now 188 wearing a 14. I could settle with being 170. You see to me I am tall my height is 5'7 so I think with my height 160 is just to small for me. My question for you is do you go by your Dr's weight loss goal or do you set your own personal one and just end with that. Or is there some of you just go as low as your body allows you to go? Mo
