LOL The hold-up is me..sorry - I have been travelling a lot for work (again next Tues - Fri!) I have decided to ix-nay the whole PayPal way of registering because too many ppl seemed confused by it all, and then the payment was seperate from registration forms --- so... I am headed today to post office to set up new PO BOX JUST for this (and future) events so checks and reg. forms can be mailed. ONCE I have that (again- I am hoping this afternoon) I will post the info/details.  My computer at work is down and that has my reg forms - so that may be only other delay if I can't get back into that today.  I am trying - my darn full time job and three kids keep me hopping...lol I am so glad to hear that so many people are excited about this weekend!! Yeah!!

I go on vacation and WHAT..Confrence has changed dates and on another post read it's back on in Richmond...Hmm and on my BIRTHDAY weekend...hmmm

Yup. I was being pushed to place a non-refundable $$$$ to one of the hotels - and b4 I did that I asked if people were truly interested and planning to come - and yes - I was innundated by ppl saying that date did NOT work for them and if possible to move it back a few weeks - and to Richmond. Seems everyone loved my hotel and feel at home here since the past 4 events have been here... so - to the delight of many - and also the ire of a few (who already purchased plane tickets..eek) - the event is in Richmond - and not so close to New Years. Theme changed as well - see the logo above. Hope you can join us :) David
