Am I just out of luck or what?

My insurance company flat refuses to pay for anything dealing with weight loss. I am trying to fix my credit so I can be out of debt so, you guessed it my credit is not so good. The only weight loss prescription I can afford is phentermine and it doesn't do the greatest job. After a few weeks my body is used to it so I crave food again. I would love to eat healthier and have made a few changes but driving a truck doesn't always allow me to keep any kind of schedule for meals. I have wanted to have the operation for years but haven't had a job with insurance that would cover it. I guess this sounds like alot of whining but really it's just me explaining my situation. Now I would like to ask for any help or suggestions as to what I can or should do. I wouldn't mind paying for it but after I get my credit cleaned up I would really rather buy a home. I know my health is very important and I am sick and tired of being this way but what options do I have? I would appreciate any comments you would like to share with me in order to advance my getting this operation. Thank you.

Have you appealed it?

No I haven't made any attempts as of yet because with only taking the one drug I have doubted it would do any good. I have talked to the insurance company tho and they say that they are regulated by my company as to what is covered. Also I have talked to a couple other drivers that have discussed it with the company and they say they always have been to no. Under no cir****tances is it covered.

Dear Whistler ,  Do not give up . There are many credit options for you . Check with Carecredit.com  They offer low interest rates and seem pretty easy to do business with .  Never give up . I know it seems like you are waiting and being turned down so many times , you gotta have faith .  Take a look at some of the credit options . Not all is lost with bad credit . Thank you Natalie. I'm not giving up but it's hard to keep the faith on this issue at times. I'm sure understand. I will check out that web site and see what they have to say. I do appreciate all of the encouragement.
