What Are You Doing To Move Today? Monday, Sept 4th
WOW! It's September already - where did the summer go?????
Ok - school is back in session and many of us are ready to have our structure again, and the cool crisp days od Fall are just around the corner. For many of us, while we have our structured days back, they are filled with evening activites such as soccer, Scouting, etc. For me, this time of year was a renewal of sorts - get organized again, start a diet, just becoming structured again after a hectic summer.
Try to do for yourself as much as you do for others. You count too and your health is much more important than some of the other things that we put in front of it. The secret to success to this surgery is eating healthy and being physically active.
So, as you sit down to schedlue out all of your child's activities, schedule yours in, too. It does not have to be 1 hour in the gym, but it can certainly be walking around the soccer field while practice is going on (how many just sit with all of the other parents chatting, instead?).
So, having said all of that....what are YOU doing to move today? Me? Running, upper body work and Ab work. The weather is now cooler, so all of my excuses are now out the window.

So I run like a Girl....now keep up!
I got volleyball practice tonight, woohoo! If I get out of here early, I may head over to the gym before I meet up with my family that is in town. My calves are killing me! I've woke up with the worst cramps 2 nights in a row. I've been eating more bananas on purpose, but its not helping much. I'm upping the water today.
