Big News!!!
Well, this may come as a shock to many, but Tom (my dear ex-husband) and I are getting re-married on Oct. 27, 2007! We were originally married in 1985, divorced around 1989, and have been living together since early 2005. We've obviouslyhad our bad times, but have been close for most of the time since we met. He has been there through my gastric bypass and both of my cervical spine surgeries; I don't know what I would have done without him. He tells everyone that I have changed soooooooo much since having WLS---not just physically---He says that my entire personality and outlook on life have changed for the better, and I think that he's right. I love him and know that we will always be together, so I think that getting married is the right thing to do. It was his idea!
Anyway, it will be a very UNtraditional wedding--actually more of a costume party, which should be a blast! If any of my VA friends want to come, let me know and I'll get you the details.

Now, like all the rest, need more details about an UNtraditional wedding. Other than the fact that it will be held on a Thursday! Do your guests come as their favorite ghoul since it's so close to Halloween? Would they bob for protein bars? Hey, there's an idea...LOL!
