Portsmouth naval med center patients
The website has not updated their patient number and its driving me crazy!!!
I know its at least a 6 month wait but it would be nice to see the number get closer to mine! and since they said they are getting another surgeon I was expecting the number to move! LOL Patience is a virtue!!
Im 692 what number are you?
The number changed today. It's been driving me crazy also. I went to my seminar last February. The number changed to 570. My number is 571. Where's the fairness in that??? It only changed 3 in the past 3 weeks. Now that they have replaced Dr C (who got shipped out) the numbers should begin to change regular again. They were moving 5-7 a week for awhile, then nothing. Your number will come up, just use the time to do research and read the postings here. I'll keep you informed. Add me to your friends list and read my blogs. I'll try to keep them updated as to when things happen.
Thanks Bill!
I added you to my friends.
wow! so you should be called soon. are you ready?! lol
They probably had back up. I know a couple of people were called but had to wait for surgery due to some lab results etc. so hopefully the numbers will move along now.
Yes I have been using the time to research and read the posts to get all the info I can. This is a terrific site!
Hi Everyone.
I am 3 months post op and understand your frustration when the numbers don't move at PNH.
I had my check up on Thursday 9/6 and met with the new surgeon, Dr. Catania. He is a very nice man and I know you will like him. Outside of Dr. Mann there is a whole new group of people at bariatric surgery. Just a note...you're number may come up even if it has not been updated on the web site.
I hope to make it to the next support group meeting in October. Maybe I'll see you there!
