Fredericksburg/Stafford Gastric Bypass Support Group Meeting Wed 19th

Just sending this one a little early as I go for my lower body lift with Dr Kreiger tomorrow....... Fredericksburg/Stafford Gastric bypass Group Support Meeting will be held on September (Wednesday) 9/19/07 at  7:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m at:

Come join us on Wednesday 19^th  where I am pleased to say that Brittany Ray, Dr Halmi’s nutritionist will be our speaker and will be discussing Back to Basics – something we all need a periodic refresher on. So come along and bring all your nutritional questions with you! If you are struggling with a regain and need to get back on track, want to know if what you are eating is the right thing for you, eating too many carbs etc, want to know how your eating life will be after weight loss surgery,  come and discuss it with Brittany. Brittany is very friendly and very approachable. After we discuss these subjects, feel free to bring up any topic of Weight Loss that is concerning you or that you are curious about. If we don’t know the answer we will get it for you!  Please feel free to bring a friend or friends - everyone welcome!!

 

 

This meeting is open to anyone who wants to know more about any type of gastric bypass surgery or considering the surgery and want to talk to people who have had it, to people who are scheduled for gastric bypass surgery and anyone who has had a weight loss procedure.  If you had the surgery some time ago and want to get back on track with encouragement – then this meeting is for you! No negativity – no weighing - only positive encouragement!  People who attend support group meetings gain new friendships and great support.

 

 

***Also, we still have some free OH Magazines left  - Obesity Help (OH) puts out a great magazine every two months and members of OH support groups  get one free! So come along and get your copy. And – we have other goodies for you – free protein samples, supplements, protein bars, soups etc – bring a bag to carry them away! Our sponsors often give us samples for you all to try so come and get FREE samples….. so you could save a fortune and try new goodies with a visit to your support group here in Fredericksburg !*******

Thank you - I am starting to egt nervous  - of course! We are going to stay in a hpotel tomight because Monday traffic is really bad here and I don't want to stress about the traffic too - I will be way too nervous as it is...... hopefully by this time tomorrow it will be completed and I will be in my room!!
