What Are YOU Doing To Move Today?

Oh, what a day already....what a week!  Kiddies are back in school, and I am trying to get back into my routine.  Anyone else having a problem with this? Oh well......so what are YOU doing to move today?  me?  Running on the treadmill.  Too humid to be outdoors.  But, I need to get it in gear, because I have an 8K to run at the end of the month and don't want to drop during it - haha.  This is the farthest I have run and will be a challenge for me.  But...a good challenge and will get me closer to my goal....a 1/2 marathon, baby! Feels good to make a goal and to get it!  What's yours?  To walk through Bush Gardens without passing out, or stopping to catch your breath?  To walk hand in hand with your loved one at the beach without stopping at every bench?  To see a muscle form in your bicep instead of a ball of flab when you flex your arm?  Or to have everyone else struggle to keep with you (my personal favorite). Make a fitness goal and GO FOR IT! Enjoy the day!

taking my son to the park before lunch to play... i managed 3 laps on the track yesterday. i'll be glad next Friday when i'm cleared to start exercising and lifting again. so far my only other exercise is walking my daughter to and from school....

wohoooo I found my turbo jam again!  Worked out this morning with it!  I am back in the exercise groove now.  Only thing is I have to be careful cuz of my back , neck , and shoulders..start physical therapy tomorrow!  However, It feels good to be back on track with my exercise routine again.  Now to wait for the weather to get a little cooler to get back to my walking routine too!  hugs

I'm a bit under the weather and due to a lot of things I haven't been to the gym in a week. This sucks. I've got Volleyball practice tonight so I will get a bit of exercise in. I will be going to the gym come hell or highwater tomorrow. Wait, does sex count? HAHAHA.

I started my physical therapy this week . She is going to start me on weight baring training tommorow to start rebuilding my muscles .. Yeaaaaa !!! I cannot wait . And if it takes away this pain .. I am all over it .  Once this nightmare is over with .. Back to my Personal Trainer .. I gotta be ready for January .  Hug ya ..  Tink

Went to the gym for an hour right after my AM bus run. I love going to the gym.

Full circuit strength training yesterday so just leg exercises for knee today.  Cut the grass this morning and will trim this afternoon and carry 700 lbs of edging stones from the truck to the flower beds. That will require plenty of fluids to replace sweat!
