Did you watch Biggest Loser last night?
My sweetie & I did. We missed the first 1/2 hour so I missed the stories about the individuals but I pretty much caught on to them. It was a harse feelig to watch it. I kept looking at the ladies who weighed close to where I did and felt so many conflicting emotions. It was inspiring though and I really enjoyed it. We plan on trying to catch it again and keep up with it. I do have to say that the trainer Kim made a statement that I felt was completely wrong. At one point she said that looking at the weigh ins she was shocked at how far these people had let themselves go. I was so angry about that. I hate it when people assume that as overweight people we intentionally do that to ourselves. Now I admit that to a point we do. But at the same time there are so many factors that contribute to obesity and we don't always have control to change it. I definitely saw the Amber dismissal coming. I was glad to hear that she is continuing in her efforts to lose and has lost 65 lbs to date. I can't wait to see what where she is at the finale. So I am definitely cheering on the Black team. Go Losers.
