HELP!!!!
Hey girlie.
I like to make a pulled pork. I take a boneless pork loin roas,t trim off all fat, season it with pepper, garlic and top with apple sauce or sf apricot preserves. Turn the crock pot on low and go! It shreds really easy and is moist.
My kids don't like BBQ sauce so I just serve the pork to them as is.

Here's a reply to a similar request from 2006. You might try posting on the Recipe forum to see if you get new responses too.

If you Google Crock Pot Recipes, plenty of sites will come up. you just have to get rid of or replace certain items, sugar, fat, etc.
My favorite is to get a pork loin, add a couple cans of cream of mushroom soup, cut up carrots, potatoes and other veggies, pile them on top of eachother and let it go!
Just falls apart and is totally yummo!
