What Did YOU Do To Move Today????
ACK! I tweaked my back yesterday, so I am having to take it easy. I swear, no matter what I do to work on those muscles, they are just shot from carrying that excess weight.
Well...it looks like a drizzly day here at the beach, so what are YOU doing to get your blood pumping?
Me? I'm going to walk on the treadmill for 45 minutes (on a low incline) and do some upper body work. Plus, lots of stretching.

So I run like a Girl....now keep up!
I went to the local track last night to get in a few miles and got a little carried away. I should have stopped on 3 miles but I didn't . On Mile 4 I pulled my left hamstring doing a back straight sprint, or as much as I could muster at that point. So I walked a couple more laps and jogged a few more after than to determine it must just be a pull and not a tear. I completely tore that same hamstring 20 years ago. I'm hoping if I take it a bit easier, I can keep jogging and not lose what I've gained before race day Oct 13. What a pain in the,.....hammy!
Thanks for the motivation to stay after it. Hope your back clears up for you too.
Went to PT today . The pain was grulling . I am trying so hard to strenghten my neck , but it hurts too bad .
I did some lunges today for my butt , I am trying to improve the roundness below the augmentation . I really need to do them with weights, but I cannot do that until I get better from the accident . So I did move today .
