I Wanted to post to you all about what is coming your way in January as an attendee of the WLS Conference and Sock Hop . We have our speakers confirmed . Dr. Krieger a very well known plastic surgeon will be speaking at our Farewell Breakfast on Sunday. Katie Jay - From NAWLS ( WWW.NAWLS) will be speaking at lunch on Saturday . Her topic will be TRANSFER ADDICTIONS . Katie will also be setting up as a vendor so all have a chance to speak to her and get information about her group . I would definatley check out her web site . She has some awesome topics and great info for you . Here is a list of Vendors to date , I think you all will be so excited NUTRILIFE - VITAMINS BARIATRIC CHOICE XS ENERGY DRINKS WRIST CANDY AMERICAN FAMILY FITNESS ACHEIV ONE NAWLS ( Katie Jay ) BARIATRIC ADVANTAGE ( Still waiting on their confirmation ) PHARMICS - ( Still waiting on their confirmation ) MARY KAY The list will grow as time goes on , but I wanted to get you all excited about the events . For the break out sessions , We have the following PRE-OPS - Jill Meader from MCV NEW POST OPS AND LONG TERM - Natalie Blaum MENS GROUP - David Becker WOMENS GROUP - Natalie Blaum LAP Banders ( Still waiting to see if we need this , according to the attendence of our fellow Lap Banders ) I will be hosting 2 sign up sessions in November and December . One will be held in the VaBeach area and the other in NOVA . Be sure to spread the word . We will be offering sign ups at the meetings as well as hosting the dinner for that night . Be on the look out for that announcement . I look forward to January , and seeing my WLS family once again . Nat, Clicking on your icon to go to your profile comes back saying the profile has been made private and is not accessible. Thought you'd want to know. I go tthe registration form from David for the Jna conf and copied the event info from your profile a couple of weeks ago and will be distributing them at our WLS group meeting 9/24, next Monday. Thanks for the update and working so hard to make this a great event. I'm looking forward to getting there and whatever help I can be for you. Joe

I have my 12 month followup w/Dr Hutcher 9/27, next Thursday. Is that soon enough to take some event flyers/registration forms and ask for visibility out of his office?? Be glad to do it.
