One month check up

I had my one month check up on Friday, and since they go by the pre op weight, i'm changing my signs to say the same. I'm down 31lbs and 14 inches!!! And my scales are at the same number they have been for over a week, which is frustrating but I also know my body is trying to catch up too!!! So that's where I'm at. Now i'm off to do some laundry and head the Y for my work out, hope everyone has a great week. Missy ***One more update, the scales moved and I was able to get in to my size 20 shorts!!! woo hoo go me!!! before long i'll actually have to hit the thrift stores for clothes that fit...
