Tragedy strikes my family and friends

I may be MIA for a lil bit. I lost a close friend of my family and friends and church yesterday morning to a tragic motorcycle accident. ( http://www.dailypress.com/news/dp-now-crashfolo.s24,0,111403 4.story ) He was my brother and uncles VERY close friend, they were all even roomates at one point or the other. A cadillac who's driver had no drivers license ( 2nd offense ) and no insurance, failed to yeild to oncoming traffic and cutt directly infront of Eben giving him no time to stop. To make matters worse the guy driving the car had also had the same charge back in march for not yeilding on a left hand turn and there are NO excepted charges other than the no license and no insurance. So not only did he lose his life, but the person who soley contributed to taking his life will walk away with a fine. Eben was one of those people that you'll NEVER forget. Eben was a close friend of just about everyone I know from my friends to my extended family to my imediate family. He will be missed more than anyone will ever know. Eben was an upstanding citizen, who loved life, lived everyday to the fullest and was loved and did love everyone he ever came in contact with. It was a tragic waste of a young life, full of promise for a bright future. Only the good die young! We love you Eben, you will not be just another face missing in the crowd, you'll be a friend missing at our side! Brandi~
