What Are YOU Doing To Move Today????
Howdy All......
I know* I know...where has your FAVORITE topic been the past 2 weeks?????
Sorry I've been slacking a bit lately, I am busy with work, hubby has deployed (not for a long period) and I have been suffering from sciatic nerve issues (had to see both the doc and the chiro). So, needless to say...I have been a lump.
But, I feel a little better today and plan to do a little bit of walking. I need to prepare for an 8K I am suppose to run this weekend, but will only be walking it (hey....showing up is 1/2 the battle!).
So...what are YOU doing to move today?

Upper and lower body strength training and "easy" 30 minutes on the bike.
Jill - Who is advising you on your nutritional intake to align with your exercise program? Are you using Dr. Clark's staff or a private fitness instructor? My weight loss stalled just about the time I ramped up my work outs and I want to make sure the 2 aren't related or if they are what the correct fix would be.
Thanks!
Actaully - BOTH! I still meet with the nutritionist about every 3 - 6 months to make sure that I stay on track. She is the one who advised me that if I was going to workout at an extreme level that I was to take in more calories and carbs. Once I took in 200 more calories and 25 grams more carbs, i lost another 2 pounds.
So, now, on average, I eat 1200 - 1300 calories, 140 - 150 grams of protein and 75 - 100 grams of carbs per day. BUT...when I exercise (not this week) regularly, I burn 400- 500 calories per workout, nd I do that 5 - 6 days a week.
