Update....
I went to the Dr on Monday- my last Dr supervised diet appointment. My BP is up- and he just called- apparently I'm borderline diabetic....Imagine that!!! Although my blood level is up and my potassium is also up!! So that's a good thing!! Now I'm just waiting until we can submit to insurance!!

Well not the best of news but should help with insurance approval. Keep on top of it and don't let it spiral out of control while you are waiting for approval. Prayers going out for you.
