Courtney, In the midst of all you have to do for YOUR WEDDING, you are concerned for your sister's feeling -- You really are special. But I've known that for a while. My daughter had a Black & White Wedding and it was Beautiful!! If she likes the dress and you are OK with it, how about adding some fall color to it with say ribbons, silk flowers, jewels, sequins? The same could be added to the brown dresses to bring everything together?? Just a thought. I Miss seeing you -- are you coming to the Oct 6 Dinner?

Thanks for the compliments Cathy. What can I say, I am a sucker for trying to please everyone. We will being adding lots of fall color with the bouquets. I am going to talk to her today and see what she thinks about it all. I miss seeing you too. My sweetie & I are planning on coming to the dinner. Hopefully his work schedule won't interfer & I won't have to come by myself. Can't wait to see everyone & catch up and meet some new ones. :)

at my wedding my maid of honor wore a purple dress and my bridesmaids wore silver. the maid of honor can be in a dif color to sep her from the bridesmaids. tell your sis to not listen to anyone elses thoughts its your wedding you pick the colors mine turned out just fine with the dif colors. best of luck to you i got my girls dresses at debs and also fashionbug in winchester good luck i will keep an eye out for you
