I need dress help for my sister

hi court, i have a dress i bought at debs and its dark blue i beileve with black lace on the top and i like i dont know what size it is.. but if your going to the dinner i could bring it.... i never wore it cause after i bought it i didnt like the way it fit on me.

Thanks for the offer Tiffany. I am not sure dark blue would work. It has been suggested to her before and she wrinkles her nose. I am going to the dinner and can't wait to see you.
