Aaahhhh.......another beautiful day is on the horizon.  So, what are you doing to move today???? Me?  30 minutes on the treadmill and upper body work.  Need to get these arms toned so I look good in my Christmas strapless!!!!! Enjoy your day!!!!

Morning Jill today I'm hitting the park again. Its been absolutely gorgeous there and they have some mean hills and gives me quite a nice workout not to mention pushing my bugga in her stroller up hill really gets my heart going! I figure it like this is a 2-fer. I get in my exercise and "we" get in being out in nature. I LOVE Fall! Have a wonderful day!

It is going to be a beautiful day. I have appointments to run to all afternoon and support group meeting tonite. Plan to do stretches to avoid pain from all the running today. Just hope I can keep moving for pain clinic appt tomorrow. After all that riding, I pray I can just move in some way.  You are going to look great in that strapless. Wonderful to have the confidence to put it on and feel great isnt it! With my recent loss again I do all I can to tone so I feel better about me. Somedays its a big chore, others a great oppurtunity to take care of me.  Enjoy your day as well! Shannon

 I went to the gym early this morning and completed 60 minutes of cardio, whi*****luded 20 minutes on the following equipment......... the stairmaster, the treadmill and the arc. I also worked on my glutes on the leg press. The stairmaster is a killer of a workout but it feels so good. Raven

I am so tickled to finally be able to say I WORKED OUT TODAY!!!!  I joined Curves last week & today was my first real workout.  I broke a sweat, ya'll!  hahaha!
