Alright Ms. Lisa, don't get discouraged. So many people go through the same issues. The smell issue is a major part. I want to ask a few questions to see what we can do to help. 1. How do you make your drinks? Are you just dumping the protein in to a drink & then stirring? Are you putting it in a blender? My suggestion, if you aren't putting it in a blender, try that with lots of ice. That will help water it down & helps to make the drink lighter in texture. This may help tremendously. 2. What have you tried with your unflavored? A lot of people love putting it into coffee drinks, add a little flavored creamer etc. Some really love it in iced coffee. One of my coworkers puts hers into her crystal light. One way to do this with crystal light (or other drink mixes) to hlep mask the taste some is to not put so much water into the mix & then the flavor of your drink mix is stronger. So now some suggestions from the heart. *Try the recipe I posted to you and see if that will help. *If your drinks are too strong in flavor, try splitting them up. Make up one drink like you are supposed too with protein, seperate it into two cups and add more of your regular drink, drink one & save one for later. Drink 4 shakes a day instead of two. *try trading or selling what you have that you don't like to others (even at a discount you will be getting some of your costs back) *try to use decaf tea & coffee, the caffiene can irritate our pouches & dehydrate us more. *see if you can tolerate Propel (2 grams of sugar per serving) they are flavored but not as strongly & might work better for you since things are too sweet for you. As you get farther out & are able to supplement more with food & your pouch calms down, hopefully it will get easier. Keep trying Lisa. You can do this. Something is out there that will work for you. More prayers coming your way.
