What Are YOU Doing To Move Today???
Morning Everyone.....
Well, yesterday I did a 30 minute walking programon the treadmill (w/ inclines), did ab work on my yoga ball, push ups and lots of stretching (gotta get this kink out of my sciatic nerve!).
So, this morning, i'm a bit tight. I've already started stretching.
So, what am I going to do today????
I'm walking for 30 minutes with a co-worker at lunch and tonight I will be doing Turbo Jam dvd and Ab Jam dvd. I haven't done them is such a long time, and thought it would be a great change.
Ok....now your turn. What are YOU doing to move today????
