GOOD THURSDAY AM!

Hiya everyone! How are you doing this am? I'm hanging in here. Still enjoying the weather cause it means we can all still get outside and spend time in nature. This am is a great one to put on a smile and take time for yourself. Are you smiling? Are you moving around and getting motivated? Are you having some of your fav yum yum? I'm bout to have a protein drink then some coffee.  I hope everyone has a FANTABULOUS Thursday! We're hitting the pavement again and enjoying nature. I am just about finished my bags of projects and am ready to make some trips to Goodwill and file 13. Gonna be doing some chores today and meeting a friend for lunch. In addition, walking with Nora and enjoying being outside as much as possible. Smilllllllllllllllllle for MEEEEEEEEEEEEEE! Come on its totally easy. Think of what makes you the happiest or think of doing something for someone else who otherwise might not have a lot of joy in their life. How about sending a long overdue email or a letter or note someone about something they've done that means something to you and them. What ever it may be SMILE!

Good morning!  It is a lovely day here too. The sun is shining and I'll be walking this morning then taking my son for his learners permit. Keeping my fingers crossed he makes it! Smiles are contagious!

Big smiles here.  The day is gorgeous.  Can you all feel the love?  Today is my yucky work day.  I don't like Thursdays too much because it means I have to work at both of my jobs and it makes for a very long day but I am determined to make the best of it.  Took some time out for myself last night and got my pedi & nails done so I am feeling pretty spiffy today. Hope everyone has a great day & enjoy it tremendously.

Morning beautiful! Yes, I do feel the love and that is the bright spot in this day. I'm trying to focus on positives this am. Things are mounting a bit around me and I'm truly not in the frame of mind to deal with them like I need to. So, I think today I will "take the day off" or at least a little bit of time and see what happens. Kewl bout the nails/toes. I love doing that every 2 weeks; my treat to myself.  Love to you....

Hey Kat, glad things are going well for ya. I'm going to my 1 year post op appointment today, finally. It's only 2 months late, hehe. I just couldn't get my labs done in time, then my referral expired, blah blah blah. Lets hope everything comes back good! I met a mutual friend of ours for the first time yesterday, he is soooo great! Very easy to talk to. He thinks pretty highly of you too! The weather is looking a little better, the sun is fighting to come out. I tend to get pretty sad around this time of the year because of the weather. I love the cold, but when its gloomy looking, I get gloomy. Weird. I had some yogurt this morning and I'm drinking some coffee. That should get my day going. I found a new drink that I love called Fuze. I prefer the Slenderize Cranberry Raspberry. It's only 5 calories, 0 sugar, and 1 carb. LOVE IT! I'd also like to ask for prayers. Most of you have met my best friend, LeeLee [also a WE], her Dad is dying from terminal lung cancer and is expected to pass soon. Please keep her and the family in your prayers. THANKS!!! Morning Amber! He's AMAZING! I'm so glad ya'll got to meet/chat. He's been a true life line of support, encouragement and his teachings are great. Thanks for saying as much. He told me he is "glad to call her my friend." He thinks you are a beautiful blue-eyed tall drink of water. Says you are full of life and enjoyed very much the convo.  I hope it comes out here. Not weird sweetie I too get the gloomy blues too when the weather is less than ideal. Love Fall but not all the overcast stuff much. Thoughts and prayers are with you, LeeLee, her father and family as well. Its very hard going through something like that. We are coming up on the anniversary of my uncle's passing from stomach cancer. Truly know I'll be seeing him again and now celebrate his life and memory more than his passing.  You have a great day too!
