Good Morning Everyone!  Another beautiful day is on the horizon - so...what are YOU doing to move today? Me?  Treadmill program for 40 minutes.  Need to work out these kinks in my body before surgery, cause I won't be able to work them afterwards. Enjoy your day!

My daughter and I went power walking/ shopping at "The Center" in Norfolk this morning.  I feel great..another two pounds lighter!!!!
