question
1st off check with your nutiritionist and see what they suggest or if you got a book check it to see what your guidelines are.
yougurt, oatmeal, tuna, egg salad, grits, cream of wheat, ham & beans, refried beans,
I pretty much took what was being cooked for dinner (lean protein & veggies) and stuck it in the blender.
It does get a bit boring & old during this stage but you can make it.
Hello
I remember 3 weeks out. My hubby made me chicken patte. Take chicken and boil it, then food processor it, with mayo, into patte, OMG...MEAT!
It was the best.
Anymore questions, please dont hesitate to ask.
Take care, and good luck

I remember the pureed days so well! I enjoyed refried beans, mashed up crab cakes, really well blended tuna, shrimp and/or crab salad...still seafood sits best with me. SF applesauce was also a best friend in those first two months...as were pears and peaches - again blended.
It's hard and boring at times - but sooooo worth it.! You can do this!!
Hang in there and feel free to come and vent as you need to! We've all been there and can feel your pain...
