HURRY UP AND WAIT.....

So we are down to the wire now. I am 32 days before surgery and PRAYING daily that the surgeons office calls me SOON to let me know that outcome of the insurance approval. I got so anxious yesterday that I just called my ins co instead of the surgeons office to see if maybe they sent in my papaerwork and didn't tell me. YEA RIGHT!!!!! Not with my luck. They (ins) said that they did not have anything pending for me....!!!!!!!!!!! Am I just being impatient???? The surgeons office said that they usually apply for approval 30 days before surgery. I guess I just have to hurry up and wait some more!!! PRAYING TO THE INSURANCE GODS!!!!!!

Hi LauraJean.  I know how hard it is to remain patient when you are so anxious to hear the good news.  Have faith, sweetie.  It will happen for you.  You just need to stay focused & praise yourself for making such a courageous decision to add this "tool" to your arsenal for a better, healthier you.  It's sooo worth it...YOU are worth it.  Wait the 2 days, & then start pestering them both...dr & ins.  Keep us posted cuz we're all pulling for you!
