I had fun seeing folks at the event on saturday. Met some really nice folks there and got to show off my new dress. -Jaz

Lost 170 now between 150-160. Century Cards go to http://swords.cc/ohcc/oh_card.html Just copy one of the cards styles there and use a paint program to put your name on it and save as a gif or jpeg. Sorry I can't do up seperate cards any more.

Xorry it took a while for me to reply I lost my email address while hubby was setting up the new one. Anyway go here to get a copy of the Loser's Bench Card. The event was wonderful. Joe & his lovely wife were outstanding hosts. It was a blast to see everyone and I enjoyed myself very much.

Hey, Jackie...Doing pretty good thank you. Having surgery on Wednesday to repair a rotary cuff tear and to clean out some scar tissue and arthritis. Will be one armed for awhile...yuck. Other than that, I am doing great. Life is wonderful and I am very blessed! Hugs, Betsy

It was so nice to meet you Jaz and your dress was very pretty!! The event was good but I felt that OH should have supported it better with more vendors etc Usually vendors give away a lot of samples but that didn't really happen and it finished much earlier than planned - they should have given Mary Goldberg longer to speak too - she was great. Dr Kreiger was phenomenal! Dr Goldberg was interesting! It was great to meet new faces too! And to see others I hadn't seen for a while - some I hardly recognized they had lost so much weight since I last met them! It was an interesting day! Jackie
