ITS MONDAY, MONDAY!!!

Good am all! How are you doing? How was your weekend? Ours was pretty dang busy and at other times relaxing to the point I finished 2 books! I finished The Maidenstone Lighthouse and started AND finished Garden Spells which has left me wanting MORE! I watched a movie called Evening and its for sure a keeper. Kayla & I took some Momma/gal time and we went to the cemetery, the park, grabbed water and snacks, walked a bit and hit the bookstore. She played her rear off. We get back home and she and Nora and the neighborhood kids go at it for a while. In addition, we saw Leigh Ann & her nice beau Jon late Sat pm which was very nice. She's sooooo beautiful! I managed to get little rest and the kids are off school today so we'll be hitting the park today and staying in nature quite a bit and I'll be catching up on some rest I hope. Its MONDAY! The start of another week. The chance to make better choices in our lives. The chance to give thanks to God and our family/friends who continue to be in our life and support/love us. The chance to share in our lives together and learn something new each day. The chance to share our stories and walk TOGETHER down our paths. So, are you smiling this am? Have you gotten out of bed, wiped those sleepy lil' eyes and stretched your biggest stretch yet? Well, what are you waiting for? No matter what remember to take 5 minutes for you to get your day started. SMILE! Laugh! Giggle! High 5 someone! Dance to music! Send a sweet email! Make a joke!  I hope everyone has a GREAT Monday!

Morning beautiful.  Doing good but very tired today.  Had a busy weekend.  Going to spend some time with my sweetie today and do some fun wedding stuff I think.  Although at the moment we are having some problems getting motivated and seem to be wasting the day away.  Glad you had a good weekend and hope you have a wonderful day & week.  Love you lots.

Well, it's not the AM anymore, but yes, I'm up & been productive.  Mike has today off so he's thrown my whole schedule off...lol. Had a terrific weekend!  The dinner was quiet & laid back, the food was delicious (I got custody of the left overs), but the fellowship was the best part!!! Our Cav demo in Front Royal was the bomb!!!  Had the best spectator turn out we've ever had in 4 years!  Did have to go into EMT mode though.  Had a spectator hit the dirt from heat exhaustion & one of my troopers burned her hand when her pistol back flashed.  But nothing I couldn't handle & both of my patients are doing well.  The best part of that even is that there is a rather steep hill to climb to get to where our demo is...usually I'm dying by the time I get up there.  Not this time!  I walked up there like I'd been doing it everyday!!!!  I am rather proud of myself. Your weekend sounded like fun.  Two books in two days?  Wow!  I'm lucky I do two books in a year!!!! LOL Anyways, I'm up, I'm smiling, I"m starving so I guess I better go feed myself. Love ya bunches, kiddo!!!!

Hey Ann - oh those pesky lil' schedule messer-uppers! LOL! Glad you had a blast at the dinner. Oh that's wonderful boutthe Cav demo and lookie there a lifesaver too! Go ahead girl! Yep, well lemme explain. I had started reading The Maidenstone Lighthouse last week but for reasons I'll leave unvisited I had MANY interuptions and so I found all kinds of "KEEP READING ME I'M THAT GOOD" stuff in it and could not put it down. I am NOT kidding when I say I took the dang book outside, inside, read it while cooking, while the kiddos exploded Toys R Us in the back yard, while talking to others etc. So, I finished that one and started Garden Spells which is also a "KEEP READING ME I'M THAT GOOD" and girl in less that 1 full day it was FINISHED! I LOVE to read (and write) and so I'm always reading 2-3 maybe 4 books at a time. But, I gotta quirk...its gotta grab me in the first I'd say 5 or so pages or I'm giving it away. Love to you.............

Hey Sunshine....Been so busy lately moving have hardly had time to sit, except on buses, planes and automobiles....between here, DC, Winchester, VA, Dulles to Tampa, to Key West, back to Tampa, from Tampa to Dulles back to Winchester and back to Danville again....wheew...worn out...lol.  Ready to go again though.  But have surgery on Wednesday so I will be down for a few weeks.  Resting for the next adventure.  I am smiling, loving life, making wonderful plans for the future and feel so blessed...
