I B Happy!!! Our Support group is noe offcially posted on the ObesityHelp.com site under  Support Groups Find a Local Group Virginia TriCities WLS Support Groupin Hopewell VA I feel so official now.  Hope to see any one and everyone any time you can make our 2nd and/or 4th Monday meetings, 6;30 to 8.  Got one tonight!!  YIKES, its 5 p.m. now,......gotta go............................ YIKES...I missed a meeting..OH NO..not like me..Switching the days I think is what did it..lol..Hope the turn out was decent tho..

We missed you.   We had a new person join us; Frances.  Dyanne provided the lesson materials (Super Food, Fibers, and Glycemic Index) and we had Blueberry protein bars as a snack. We just figured you were prancing around the house in your bridesmaid gown, twirling and spinning,....... and lost touch with time and space in general. See you on 10/22???  

Sounds like it all went well.. Ya you can say I lost touch with time..As far as prancing in my gown..I wish..I probably was glued to the recliner watching tv..heck probably was sleeping..Trying to catch up with that..lol..With all the running around and then at the same time not having my husband here it's been a chore to sleep.  Shoot me an email on the 22nd..to remind me..I will actually be returning from my last trip wee hours that morning.We were hoping to not have to be back till monday but hubby has to leave for the field so looks like will be driving all night sunday to get back home which should put us home about 12-1 am. Well I'm off I have PT this am at Kenner..Have a great day.
