What Are YOU Doing To Move Today???
Happy Tuesday to ya!!!!!! It's going to be hot and humid today, so make sure that you stay hydrated and take it easy.
But...since it's going to be a nice day, what are YOU doing to move today??? me? Still recovering from sciatic nerve problems, so I'm not pushing myself too hard. But, yesterday i did 45 minutes on the ellipticle and then walked the dof for 15 minutes.
Today....I will be doing either Turbo Jam or treadmill. My problem is everytime I walk, i want to RUN*RUN*RUN.....but shouldn't (hehe).
I will also be working on ab work, because my surgery is coming up quick and I won't be able to for a few weeks afterwards (ok...about 3 months afterwards).

Hey Jill! Thanks for keeping us on our toes! I've got volleyball practice tonight (2 hours) and due to our first loss of the season we will be working our tushes off, including me. I was almost late so I will be running laps with them. The girls were pretty lazy during the first game, so we are going to be working on moving our feet, hahaha! They are gonna HATE me. Its just another excuse for me to get in there and move with them. Have a good day!
