WELCOME TO TERRIFIC TUESDAY!!!

Amber is so right about how our "support" people pull us all through our tough times & rejoice with us in our good times. And it's not even Christmas yet!!! I believe that we here are living proof that you don't & shouldn't wait until the holidays to show your love, compassion or generocity. Most of us haven't even met in person, yet I know for a fact that if any one of us said he/she needed something, ya'll would jump in with both feet. This sort of fellowship just renews my faith in man/womankind & I thank you all for that. Power to the people. Power to love. Mostly, power to God!
Good evening Kat!! Sorry it took me all day long to get to this post. Not much to really tell, but it was a good day. Took my Sunday school teacher's advice and started reading the Bible again from the beginning. According to him, reading for 15 minutes per day will get you thru the entire Bible in a year. I figure, I've got 15 minutes every day that I can spend reading the Bible instead of just a book. So, I've decided to do that. Today, was so interested in what I was reading, I read for 20 minutes! Got to the end of the chapter and stopped for the day. Had to get back to house cleaning. :) Tonight my oldest son (14) started practicing with our church orchestra. I'm so proud of him. It was his idea and decision to join them. He LOVED it and can't wait to play at church on Sunday. Plus, he's looking forward to next week's scheduled practice as well. This is so wonderful for him as he's one of about 3 teens who are part of this group. The rest is made up of very talented, Godly adults. What wonderful role models! As I was telling him on the way home tonight. Not only is this going to be great for him musically, he will be blessed by taking part in the service like this. That's about it from here tonight! Hope everyone rests well and has a great day tomorrow!!
