I AM SOMEWHAT NEW TO THIS. HOWEVER, I WILL BE HAVING LAP BAND SURGERY ON OCTOBER 24, 2007. LIVER SHRINKING DIET START TOMORROW. ALL KINDS OF MIXED EMOTION. I CAN AND WILL DO THIS. THE TIME IS APPROACHING REALLY FAST. BUT I AM READY TO GET THIS THING OVER AND GET ON THE LOSER'S BENCH.

I know what you mean!! I was so determined to get a surgery date, that once I got it, I started to get nervous. I want and NEED this, but it is, after all, SURGERY, however safe. Best of luck, and keep us posted! JP
