New recent pic posted

Okay so I have had a bit of a fallback and have been making poor food choices.  I decided to post a recent pic of me that was taken at a retirement lunch.....no not mine...sigh I've got a long way to go yet.   Anyway.  When I did post it in my me folder...I saw that I had 3 pics in there.   The first is of me at my hightest weight looking my absolute worst.   Picture is courtesy of my 6 year old who was 5 at the time.   When I look at both pictures I'm like wow I've come a long way!  I need to be proud of what I've accomplished and remind myself that I am sooooooo close and to just stop and think before making those bad choices.   You see that first pic of me.......never, never, never will I ever look and feel like that again.  Nope not this kid.  So today is a new day and a new beginning and I've got 17lbs to go to get to my doctors goal so lets get started!!!   So go check out my pics to see my me folder click on the lates pic uploaded it will take you there.    Anna

Anna you have come a long way and so deserve to be proud of those accomplishments.  We all stumble on our journeys but each day is a new beginning.  Your pictures are wonderful.  Keep up the great work.

You look great Anna!!  Isn't it amazing how we don't see ourselves as changing that much until we some pictures taken a while back?  Betsy took a picture of Jon and I together in a shirt that we used to both wear.  I thought it made me look thinner...now we both can wear it together at the same time! Thank you ladies, I feel fantastic and this am I got on the scales and it said 159.5.  Down from 162 that I have been at for a week and a half.  Yipeee!!!   Anna
