ITS THURSDAY - WHEW!!!

Good am all! It's Thursday and today I am a little bit down to be honest but I am smiling and will try to focus on all the positives. So, if you would say a few prayers for me I'd appreciate that. In any event, its time to rise and shine and get your am going. Put on a lil' music, sip on something of your favorite variety, grab a nice shower and throw on your best smell me goods. If you are like me light some candles! Smell me goods are always day brightners.  So up and at 'em and SMILLLLLLLLLLLLLE! I hope everyone has a wonderful day! Not much going on with us...school and some light chores. Gonna take it easy today.

Prayers for you today! We all could use them today!  Busy day takin care of some business and taking my Granny for a catscan. Dont really feel like it with a new addition to my pain but Ill survive. Need a break from it. It will come so I can return to somewhat of a normal life, my goal for a long time. Chin up!! Dont let the losers beat you down to there level! Shannon

I am with you girl.  I am a bit down today myself.  It is the 1st anniversary of my grandma's death and I miss her so.  I know she is still here with me because I feel her love tremendously but some days I just really miss her and as I get closer to my wedding sometimes I really feel it. Very proud of myself, I made it to the gym last night.  I have been a bad girl and hadn't been to the gym since the end of May.  Summer was really busy and my activities levels helped me maintain but I need the gym time too.  I realized that I have to prioritize and but some me time in there.  I figure that it is going to help in so many ways as I feel better about myself and have a physical outlet for some of my stress.  It felt good and hopefully I will keep up with it.  Well off to get ready to face the day, today is my long day at both jobs.  Hope everyone has a blessed day.

I'm sending them your way as well, Kat! It's been a cruddy day so far here, but I know that I have the ability to start it over whenever I want, so I'm going to do just that. I get out of here early for my son's IEP meeting, so that's a blessing. I'm going to get my hair done later and I may go get a massage because I definitely need one!!! I think I've earned it this week. Hope your day gets lighter!!!

Well, gosh...I almost feel guilty cuz I'm havin' a terrific day!!  Ok, notice I said ALMOST? lol  Sorry ya'll are having a tough day. Guess what?  I DID IT!!!!!  I got my first fill this morning & it wasn't bad at all!!  Didn't feel a thing!!!!  Now I'm just excited to watch the lbs slide off.  Now it's time for this tool to do it's thang!! I went straight from the doc's office to Curves for my workout...that's 2 days in a row!  Really worked up a sweat too. I then stopped off at a new little bistro that's opened up in my town...very quaint, but needs some advice, & they're willing to listen & take heed.  I took them some bell peppers from my garden, meant as a gift, but the guy insisted on paying me for them.  Wound up having lunch...soup, so he got his $$ right back.  Next week I'm taking him samples of my orange juice cake & pineapple juice cake & if he likes them, I will be they're supplier.  Extra Xmas $$$...yeah! So now comes the yukky part of my day...gotta pay bills!  Can't I just keep the $$ this time?  No, huh?  Oh well... Happy Thursday, ya'll!!
