What Are YOU Doing To Move Today???
Ok...last post for the weekend.......
It's going to be a bit on the cool side (YEAH!!!) which is perfect weather for going out and taking a walk. So...what are YOU doing to move today?
Me? I am going to walk later today after I arrive in North Carolina (no time this morning). Muscles are a bit sore from yesterday's workout, so I do want to get in lots of stretches, too.
Tomorrow, I will be walking/running, and I am going to pack my exercise tubes for some strength training while watching tv in the evening.

Amidst changing jobs this last week, different positions and departments for the same employer,... and helping write a new prosposal for the recompete to keep the Governement contract work we currently have,...I haven't had a good training week for my upcoming 10K this weekend. I ran a 5K in Radford last Saturday, then did 6 miles Sunday and Wednesday and walked 3.5 miles Thursday evening. I didn't get out any other days. I did my 2nd 10K ever, this Saturday and have improved by 31 minutes over my March 07 time. I have a separarte post on the race results, but just wanted to say thanks.
Every time I check the VA Message board, theres that Sporty Jill wanting to know what we are doing to move today,.....I don't always respond, but you definitely help keep it in the forefront and it helps me keep focus on making it a daily priority.
