Yet another question....
Ok- you all know that I'm having my surgery...if you don't....then WAKE UP!!
I'm having the surgery in November!! Woooohoooooo!...sorry..had to get that out. Ok- here is another worry, well not really a worry- just a question. I'm thinking about the skin that is going to be hanging...is there anything that I can do now, like creams or lotions that will help my skin retain some of the elasticity?

Lots of exersise but even w/ that I still had and still have alot of skin they removed alot from my belly but my thighs and arms are still plenty there but i hide it and Ill still have belly fat if I loose more but Ill worry about that later. Juat exercise and tone all you can. And worry about the rest later. Use cococa butter lotions I hear are good but not sure they work. Dont worry you will be beautiful as always just kick back and put the seatbelt on and get ready for the ride......

Well at 29 (28 when I had surgery) I felt the same way. I have to admit that a lot of my skin bounced back pretty well. Do I have lose skin, yep! Little rolls at my knees, some at my hips, stomach, arms and flappy boobs. I usually don't worry about it too much, it hides pretty well in clothing although I do have my days. Sometimes I wonder if I had pushed a bit harder at toning the muscles if that would have worked better. Plastic surgery is probably not going to happen for me so I will just have to learn to love it. Each person reacts so differently. Staying hydrated, toning the muscles, keeping up with the exercise helps so much. Just work hard & do the best you can.
