Good Morning Folks....this is your daily reminder to get your butt in gear to lose that rear! It looks like a nice day is on the horizon...so what are YOU doing to move today????? Me?  45 minutes on the treadmill and 30 minutes doing a full body workout on the Total Body Gym.   Enjoy your day!!!!!!
