Just Checking in and Saying "HIYA"

  Hi all you sexy VA losers and prelosers...This is my first post since my shoulder surgery and I must say that I am doing great.  Surprised a few people on how well I have done...anxious to get on with "the rest of my life"....Changes to be made and new chapters to start.  Did I tell anyone about what a wonderful time I had in Fl????  Yeah, I suppose I did...LOL...Anyway, Having a BFF like Jill is amazing and I feel blessed to have a family like the VA board every day.  I hope that everyone is doing wonderful and meeting all your goals.  Life is the best place to be....we have to make it what we want...I love you all... Hiya Betsy, I'm so glad you are doing well after the shoulder surgery. Keep doing your PT but don't let them hurt you. In my non medical opinion but having had plenty of PT the "No pain no gain" adage does not apply.  Our VA board is like family. We are so blessed.

Oh Yes, Very Blessed we are....The PT so far has been very mild although today was a little tougher.  The Dr ripped the bandage off  and then went off to PT where they added some new stuff.  Next week they will be getting more aggressive they told me.  Still not able to drive but can go without the sling a little longer during resting times during the day.  Waiting on some blood work to come back from my regular dr's visit yesterday but all seems well as of right now.  I have been pretty lucky.  God has been good to me...
