So 11/30 will be my 2 year surgiversary.  As I mentioned the other day I had a reassesment at the gym.  Basically after not being in all summer I wanted to see where I was at with measurements etc. and talk to the trainer about what my best workout options are at this point.  So I thought I would post my stats for everyone.                       11/16/05 (before surgery)                                  10-17-07 (now) weight          305                                                                          152 BMI                50.7                                                                         25.7 arms             20                                                                            12 chest             51                                                                            37 abdomen     50                                                                             31 3/4 waist             47                                                                             36 hips               60                                                                             40 1/4 thighs            32 3/4                                                                       23 1/2 calves            21 5/8                                                                       16 1/2 So this is a 153 lb weight loss and approximately 85 inches lost.  I can hardly believe it.  Another big thing is that they do a success board at the gym and the trainer asked if she could put me up on it the next go around.  I am so awed right now with myself and my success.  I never really expected that I would get to this point.  I would never have gotten here with out the love and support from everyone here.  Thank you for being with me on my journey.
