FREE PROTEIN UP FOR GRABS! and OT Subject

I have some Matrix Orange cream, Matrix Chocolate and a brand I cannot remember the name of Chocolate chip mint. These are opened and I did pour them into a zip lock to save Cupboard space.  I just cannot take the proteins that are "milk shake/ smoothie style" . I love the Nectars (they are more like a juice or crystal light . )  If you want these you can have them at no cost - just pick them up! I live in Portsmouth and work in VA beach.  The only thing I ask is that you do two things: E-mail me off the board ( I check that most often) and that you do not sell these- if you don't like them- please give them to someone.  First reply that can pick them up gets them one or all! As a REALTOR®, I would obviously recommend  using a professional unless you understand all the legalities that go into selling a home.  Interview around three REALTORS® to see which one has a business plan that best suits your needs.
