What Jackie said..............It does not look as if you are eating enough.
I eat up to 100 grams of carbs a day to maintain my weight. I do things like add 1/2 banana to my chocolate protein shake in the morning, or add 2 tbsp of granola to my yogurt - things like that. But, I work out at a pretty intense level and my doc told me that if I was going to workout like that then I needed to increase.
At 2 years out, I am now at about 1400 calories (on average), 75 - 100 carbs, 125 - 150 protein. I workout about 5 days a week for 1+ hours, burning an average of 400 - 500 calories per workout. (often times more, but that's about what I count).
Also, I am still taking in 2 shakes a day.

I totally hear ya on those nasty habits. And they are STILL a b*tch to get over......
But, tracking is the best way to go about this. That way you can really see what is up.

I hope you are feeling better. I took Cora, my daughter, to the drs yesterday morning and she has strep throat. UUUGGGHHHH!!!!! She still feels yucky today. She hasn't been on her antibiotics for 24hrs yet. But by this afternoon she will. Hopefully tonight she will be better so she can go back to school. I will call you this week so we can go out. How does Red Lobster for lunch sound on Thursday? The one on Lynnhaven by the mall at 11:30?
