Another tool to add to our toolbox...
Thanks to Jackie sharing the info in another thread, we have a really neat tool to add to our box. Go to the website called Fitday.com. It is a place where you can keep track of what you're eating & it calculates how many calories you've consumed, along with fat %, carb %, & protein %. It also calculates how many calories you've burned according to your daily activities. It tracks your weight, helps you set up goals...just all kinds of goodies. It will be a little bit time consuming at first as far as the food, but once your base list of regular eats is in, all you'll have to do is pick from your list. There's even a journal that you can choose to keep private or share with the public. And it's FREE!!!!! So go check it out & see if you think it will be helpful. I really like it already & found it very easy to use.

i passed it on to my friend at work that had surgery on 10/10. she's going to use it too!
today it was raining still, so i went to the rec center and rode the bike for a half hr then did laps
for 40 mins. i hope tomorrow i can resume my walking! i miss it. it's rained here for 2 days now.
