Oh where Oh where are you tonight?

Just checking to see where everyone was today/tonight the board seems to be a lil slow and quiet. So wondering what everyone is doing and where some of out family has gone too? We have heard from some of you but how about the rest of the gang lets here some shout outs from everyone!!!!!! Im sure I speak for Kat and the rest on here we get tired of reading about each other lol everyday though I do and Im here everyday as Im sure there are others too so post let us here ya......Thanks to those of you who do post everyday an let us know your daily doings or venting or needing just someone to listen thats why we are here. Lets see if we can livin up the VA BOARD we have been spoke about all around we dont want to get a bad name do we lol just kidding. Let us hear from you....

Yes the boards so seem slow. I've been busy taking care of business and health issues. Hope all is well with you and the others that dont feel comfortable posting anymore. Support in a positive way is great!  Shannon

Shannon wanted to say hi and thanks for posting and yes they have been slowwwwwwwww. I understand everyones being busy, but hey we all need support  and we all need positive feedback like I said before so I hope you will take the time as I have seen you have been doing better at posting more there have been people who ask where are certain people and I dont have answers so its good to see some  faces trinkle  back to our Board, I hope to see MORE....  Hope you get your health issues undr  wrap soon, I know what its like being a prisoner in your home and not being understood. Hang Tough take care of your buisness and take care of you. 

Good Morning and thank you for posting this. What you have said here is so true. Let's all of post once in a while. As for me my weight is going up and up but that is ok when I get a good job and have benefits I will be checking to see if they cover this surgery and see about getting it. I read the post and sometimes I will reply if it is something I can help with. Let us all remember the others that are having surgery and keep them in out prayers. Everyone have a nice day and weekend.

Thanks Kats mom for your post your right and prayers going up for you. You hang in there and I wish you all the best at that new job and the soon to be upcoming surgery. I of all people do and totally understand that weight gain up an up and then to be told NO we cant do it you have to be insured and no you dont have insurance. You stay strong and please keep posting reports and we are here for you now and after the surgery. That is what the board is here for right SUPPORT now and through the years of our  struggles, and not all of us are perfect I know Im not and I sure make plenty daily mistakes and I get told well you need to up the protien and drink more  water Ive followed the advice and  Im still not loosing and now my hair is falling out again so we all need this place to come to vent to cry to whatever because God knows  I dont get anyone here at home to understand there like call your Dr not that hes being rude but he has no answers. So be strong hang in there  and prayers your way.... 

Good am!!! I'm here everyday minus the weekends because it's my true break away from connectivity land. Its my time in nature, with my buggas and enjoying TIME. I know that a lot of us are working and getting things ready now for fall/winter/holidays.  Sooooo, maybe once a week we should post a BIG roll call and get everyone to check in and say how they are doing. Any prayers needed, any help with things, venting if needed and just in general a "hello" to hear from everyone. I venture to guess when winter gets here things will slow down activities wise and we'll see some more faces.  Hope you are doing wonderfully and have a great day/weekend....all best

Thanks Kat for your post during the week at leat there here and people gain from them And I do understand all are busy w/ holidays, work, kids, husbands, wives, wtc but we all started here as you know yourself looking for advice as well as positive feedback thats all Im asking for from the VA Board right now. And so your  Big Roll Call sounds like an idea so we will see how it goes. Hope all is good with you and your family, Take care of that mother you have, shes a charm. And keep on posting.

You are EXACTLY right and that is why to this day I will continue posting here. I started here BEFORE I had surgery and there are a few of us still around. I STILL love to come here for the commonality and family atmosphere that exists for the most part. I still learn new tips and tricks and love to read everyone's goings on, their ups, downs, in betweens and you are asking for great things. Positive feedback and such is the BEST way to go with things. We all need a little pick me up and I enjoy coming here even if some days there are little or no responses I do understand. Thanks I love my momma major and she's gonna keep plugging along with things. Glad you post often too....hugs and all best to you....

Good Morning All, Im here having my morning dose of Norbitt.....have you guys seen it.....its hilarious....No big plans here besides going out to pay bills.....always a fun way to end a week.....im also waiting for results on blood work...they drew my blood to check viral loads last week....this will tell how far along the HIV has progressed and if i will need medications at this time....so keep me in your thoughts and prayers..i should get results today or Monday....no big weekend plans here...Allen has to work all weekend.....12hr shifts...so guess i have a date with the tv.....anyway, hope you all have a great day and weekend.... Good Morning Randy so good to see you posting!!! But we need to see you more, and get you some hobbies  or in to volenteer work while your honey is working. I say this all in good taste  so you can keep yourself busy and not thinking of food. Look into some areas there  where you are and see what you can find for yourself. And by the way are you coming up for the Dr Schirmer  (UVA) xmas party in Dec? email for the date we would love you to be there. Have you been up here for your 2 year check-up yet? I go next week for mine, thought maybe we would run into each other  since I know you were in around the same time as me. Hang in there friend and we are here for you so you come here  as often as you need to vent ,cry ,scream or just to have someone to talk to you here, hugssss.......
