What Are YOU Doing To Move Today????

Ut-oh....looks like some rain will be here at the beach today.  It will be the kind of day where you want to curl up on the couch with a good book. BUT....before you do that...what will YOU be doing to move today???? Well, yesterday's 2.0 on the treadmill quickly turned to a 1.0.  So, I did (2) 5 minute stints on the treadmill.  No biggie, nothing to worry about - I felt good to move around like that a bit. So, today, I hope to get 2 stints in again.  But, I have a post-op with my doc in Fairfax, which is 3 hours there and then 3 hours back.  So, we shall see since it takes me over an hour to shower and get dressed (with make up and hair). Enjoy your day, and help motivate someone else by posting your plans!

Good for you on the tread ... awesome . I am not moving much . My arms are still pretty swollen and pain is well intense . But .. I will be moving down to Fairfax today like you and do follow up with Krieger .. Cannot wait to see you ..  I am going to ask him if I can go walking .. I truly think if I could I could move some of this toxin out of my bod .  see you real soon ..  Nat

Nat- It was good to see you.  You look good!  But, I agree - once you start moving around and getting that cr*p out of your system you will feel better.  I know it is helping me.  BUT....I do not move around the way people think that I do.  I walk around the house for about 5 minutes every hour to get the blood going.  if not - my behind goes numb - haha.  I just happed to go onto the treadmill so I can record it. Hope your ride home was better than mine.  Actually, I slept on the way home, so it wasn't that bad. Now, I'm enjoying a protein smoothie from Tropical Smoothie - YUM!

10 minutes on  the strider 20 minutes on the treadmill..12 incline..3 speed ab work and leg work for 20 minutes hugs

Oh goodness! What HAVEN'T I done?  Got back last night from 4 days at the farm.  We broke 3 horses, did a lot of walking during the lead rope lessons, then I also went walking amongst the cows while the guys were feeding them. Today I got up, got dressed & motivated & went to Curves.  It was weight & measurements check today & guess what?  I've lost 2 inches all over!!!!!!  I intend to do workouts at Curves in San Fran too so I can stay on track. So yeah!!! Annie got movin'!!!!
