What Are YOU Doing To Move Today????

Well, looks like a pretty day here at the beach.  YEAH!!!! So what do YOU plan to do to move today?  To get your blood flowing? me?  I'm going to take a short walk up the street today.  Nothing to write home about, but to get the blood moving.  I feel realy good and I think it's because I do not just sit around, but make myself get up for a few minuted every hour or so. I think that it's helped with getting rid of the fluid weight I gained due to surgery. So...have a great day and motivate someone else by posting your goals for today.....

Morning! I'm gonna be hauling some butt today! I've got new pep in my step so to speak. Its GORGEOUS outside. Enjoy your walk at the beach. I'm sure it'll be beautiful and you'll feel a bit better. Nothing like fresh air, sunshine and the ocean. All best....

Today is my rest day!  Every wednesday I give my body a break.  Bahahahaha!! Break? UH huh...doing laundry, hanging curtains , house cleaning.  BREAK? What is that..lol.  But today no workout at the gym, only at home doing chores that I let go during the week.   Hugs

I have been away since Saturday. Leo and I took a trip to PA to visit our son, northern NJ to visit my sis in law, central NJ to visit my brother and then to Lewes DE to take Leo's parents out for their 50th anniversary. Whew--I'm tired! But today brings cleaning and laundry. I hope to get out for a good walk at the Oceanfront in the late afternoon. Oh yea, my youngest son ,Doug, got his permit so he will be out driving me around.  Guess I'll have to get to the hairdresser soon to cover the gray hairs as both son and daughter have their permits.
