Happy Veteran's Day.....and thank you to all who sacrifice yourselves so I can live in freedom . It's a pretty day outside this morning....so what are YOU doing to move today to get your blood moving? Me?  I think I am going to take a walk up the street to stretch my legs a bit. Its really very beautiful outside and not too chilly. I am going to be working on chores and such. My energy levels are not great but I will get a bit more motivated I hope and plug along in nature. Fresh air always does me some good. Enjoy your day....

Oh, once you get outdoors into the fresh air, your energy levels will come up.  I just LOVE being in the fresh air.  It's does wonders for my mind. Have a GREAT day!!!

I know we just wrote about this in our PMs but I am on my way down to the pharmacy to get more antibiotics . I am however going to walk around the grocery store today to get some " lighter articles "we need . I am not to lift anything heavier than 5 pounds for 2 more weeks .  I meet with my trainer this week . If this infection will stay away . I am anxious to get started on my rehab and with my lower body . I miss running Jill .. OMG do I miss it . I just want my energy back , and you know as well as I do after major PS as we have both undergone , it takes days to get it back .  I am protein dumping in today . My plan is 4 achieve Ones ... Thank God I have the 15 cases or I would be lost huh ? Then I plan on doing some leg lifts this evening ..nothing streneous .. just enough to get the blood flowing .  And yes God Bless our Veterans , as if it where not for them , nothing I do would be possible . I thank them for my freedom  !  Have a great day .. enjoy your walk  Nat

Sounds like a great plan.  I have to run to Cosco today, so I will be walking in there, too.  But, I'm taking the guys for all of the lifting stuff. My legs feel like they need a good stretch.  Wish I could do some yoga. And I miss running, too.  My Runner's World came in and I cannot even bare to look at it

I did  Bike Elliptical Strenght training on legs.  Whew my legs were feeling the burn!!  hugs
