Not having much luck with food
I really enjoyed red pepper hummus on Ritz crackers. My nutritionist said I could have Ritz because they pretty much dissentigrate in your mouth - especially after chewing 20 to 30 times before swallowing. Like you, I sometimes liked egg substitute, but sometimes not. But grits were always tasty. Other ideas from my nutritionist: guacamole, Dannon lite and fit yogurt (flavored, but no fruit), Trader Joe's meatless meatballs, summer squash, fudgesicle, smooth peanut butter, applesauce, refried beans, tuna, fresh crab meat, V-8 juice. Your results may vary - and check with your nutritionist. Joe
