March 19th!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Pre Op is March 4th. Dr. Mann said that all my testing came back wonderful and I dont require any other testing except for a pregnancy test the day of :) Im happy about that because I know how I am and if anything came back questionale I would use that to delay my surgery even if I was past to go forward with it. O by the way I picked up the post op Med's and the Bowel Prep today too and I felt like I was walking away with half the freakin pharmacy! I dont take ANY med's on a regular basis and I know that keeping up with it all is going to be a REAL challenge for me. Im the girl who never finishes the med's Im given and I have of course known for a while that you have to take these ( most of these ) med's for the rest of your life but It's starting to get real here < Brandi~

Congratulations Brandi. Now you have a date you can stop procrastinating on everything right??? I am still procrastinating on the things around the house. Thank goodness I got most things doneb4 my sons surgery. I should do my spring yard work now. I will probably start 2 morrow. Keep us updated. marion

Oh Brandi, that's terrific news. As Melinda said, we gotta space waiting for you on the loser's bench! About taking all those meds. I'm the same way...I stink at it. However, I would like to recommend you go buy one of those pill boxes that holds a week's worth. I find that MOST helpful. That way it's all organized plus you can tell if you took the stuff that day or not. Just refill once a week. I also keep a smaller one for when I'm gone for the weekend...you know how I am about running off to "the farm". They make a weekender box too...I think I got both of mine at Walmart. Anyway, you're on your way, kiddo...congrats!!!

I would also take Anne's advice and invest in a couple of pill cases - that is what I do too and it really helps.... And we will be very happy too welcome you to the losers bench.... Jackie
