First Barfing Dump!!
!! (I DO know why--It was that darn huge cookie!!) Now I have dumped before--many times, but it usually involves the sweatiness followed by chills, totally sick feeling that usually has to be followed by sleep. Today I felt very sick, but was actually able to barf it up! A WOW moment at 3 years out!
Like Jill said, the pouch does still rule, and I am very thankful for that fact!
I have changed so much and learned so much during the past 3 years. It is truly amazing. Not only am I much healthier and smaller (I weigh 100 lbs today), but I am much happier with my life in general. Did RNY change my life completely? It did in many ways, but life's curve balls still keep coming out of nowhere when you least expect them! Fortunately, I was aware that the surgery would not solve ALL of life's problems.
It may sound cheesy, but the fact remains that aside from the physical changes that I have gone through, the greatest change other than that is the many friendships that I have developed in the WLS community. I truly believe that I have been blessed with the greatest friendships of my entire life. Do we all always agree on everything? Heck, no. Do we always love and respect one another even when we don't agree? Heck, yeah! Thank you, my friends.
I love you guys,

What's important is that when we make mistakes, whether it's with what we eat or how we treat others, we need to acknowledge our mistakes and own up to them. Say you're sorry and get on with things! I've never been one to carry much of a grudge, unless someone doesn't admit when they're wrong and ask for forgiveness..................Where the heck did all of this come from??????????? I don't know.............I'm just typing what's on my mind!
Thank you for your words! It is amazing to me that I can be an inspiration to anyone!!

Thankful for the easy, grateful for the hard & hopeful for tomorrow.Hey, Kat! I am feeling fine now, thank you! Oddly enough, it was preferable for me to barf and get it over with!
It is odd, however, that this happened for the first time TODAY!
Knock-on-wood, I haven't had any problems with eating too quickly. But, never say never!!
Have a great chilly evening!

I hope your tummy feels better soon and thank you for sharing. It's not cheesy at all. That is the one thing I have picked up on since my coming to the VA Board and OH - is that the the friendships are so pure. I hope I'm as lucky as you down the road to have found few new "family" members, as I always have thought of my closest of friends to be more than a friend, but a family member. I just feel blessed that there are such a nice group of people here for support and help on the WLS road.
